Respiratory physiotherapy is a technique that takes care of decluttering the bronchi in children (suffering from bronchiolitis or bronchitis) or in adults.

Respiratory physiotherapy uses specific techniques to unclog the nose and eliminate bronchial secretions that interfere with breathing.

It can also be used to treat patients affected by cystic fibrosis, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Bronchitis), pulmonary fibrosis and any type of heart failure.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Bronchitis is nicknamed "the silent killer" because of a complex diagnosis to detect (4th cause of death according to the WHO). The pathology presents a multi-faceted profile, making its management considerable. Physical training, especially resistance training, has gained notoriety. By treating the muscle, we treat the lung. The increase in muscle strength is directly linked to improved autonomy and oxygen consumption. Its combination with endurance training optimizes the aerobic capacities and functioning of the patient.
